NEWS        
We have just released the new 2006 Sauvignon Blanc from Blanco Vineyards in Santa Ynez. This is a wine showing great varietal character along with bright acidity and crisp fruit.
We are also releasing our 2004 Chardonnay from Carreaga Vineyards in Los Alamos. Made with no oak and no secondary fermentation, this wine is ready for seafood, chicken and creamy butter sauces. Bright and fresh with great mouth/feel from bottle aging, this wine will be a great addition to any spring and summertime cooking.
Paige 23 is also honored to be taking part in our fifth dinner at James Beard House in New York City with Los Angeles’ Jar Restaurant’s chef, Suzanne Tracht.
